Positive experience with Tough Chewer Box

I signed up for the Tough Chewer Box after my previous subscription wasn't holding up. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. My recent box arrived about a week after my billing date, which is standard. I received two durable rubber toys and a few natural chews. One of the toys has survived a week of my Labrador's chewing, which is impressive. I had a question about changing my dog's size profile and customer support responded within a day. I appreciate that the treats are clearly labeled as natural.

Good box for my pup

I got the small dog box for my terrier mix last month and it was pretty good. The toys were cute and she liked the treats. It arrived a few days before I expected it, which was a nice surprise. No complaints here, my dog was happy.

Pretty decent monthly box

So, I got the puppy pack for my new little guy. It arrived pretty quickly, which was nice. He really enjoyed the smaller plush toy, and the grain-free treats seemed to agree with his sensitive stomach. The bandana was a cute touch, even though he's not usually one for accessories. Overall, a solid first box.

Monthly box, good service

I've been getting Woof Pack boxes for my golden retriever for about six months now. This time, I ordered the medium dog box and it came with a couple of rope toys and some dehydrated treats, which he always loves. The order process online is always straightforward; I just log in and it's set to renew. Delivery usually takes about a week to the US, which is what I've come to expect. One time, a toy arrived with a small tear, and I contacted support. They were quick to respond and offered to send a replacement in the next box without any hassle. The quality of the items is generally good, especially the natural treats. I find the toys hold up reasonably well, though my dog can be a strong chewer. It's a reliable service overall.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This was my fifth box from Woof Pack, and it was just as good as the others. My terrier mix loved the plush toys and the jerky treats. I appreciate that they consistently send durable items for a tough chewer box. Delivery was on time, as always. It's why I keep coming back.

Consistent and reliable boxes

I've been a subscriber to Woof Pack for a while now, probably close to a year. My latest delivery was a tough chewer box, and it maintained the quality I've come to expect. They sent a durable chew toy and some jerky treats. My husky went straight for the jerky, as usual. I appreciate that the quality of the items has stayed consistent over all my orders. I previously tried another service, but Woof Pack's items always feel more substantial and the treats are better. I had to update my dog's size profile once, and it was easy to do on their website. The boxes always arrive on time, usually in the second week of the month. It's why I keep coming back; I know what I'm getting.

Quick shipping, good treats

Ordered a single box. Shipping was fast. Treats were natural and well-received. Toys were decent quality. No issues.

Good value on a first box

I was looking for a new subscription for my dog and decided to try Woof Pack because of a 50% off offer on the first box. I got the medium dog box. The amount of toys and treats for the price I paid felt like a good deal. My dog really liked the interactive puzzle toy, and the dental chews were a hit. I felt it was worth the purchase.
